Step1: Setting up work space. Upload your image into Photoshop. Click on the Type tool

Step2: Adding Blending Option. Right click on the font layer, click Blending Options, and apply the settings shown below.

click ok, to apply the settings. With that you will have the effect below then go to your window layer . On the "FILL" bar lower the % to 36

You will end up with something that looks like
