Step 1
Open your image in photoshop, Go to filter-liquify and set brush size-19 Brush density-41 Brush pressure-65. Please note this is all depeniding on your image size.
Step 2
Using the forward wrap tool  ,choose the tooth you want to make vampire..... and drag down it to you liking.
Step 3
Click on OK when your finish. You can use your BLUR Tool to smooth off the edges of the image.
Simple right------
