Step 1
Open your photo in Photoshop.
Step 2
Press Alt and double click the Background layer to convert it to a normal layer, and change the background color to "white" and hide it. Click Image > Adjustments > Desaturate (Shift+Ctrl+U) to turn your image into black and white
Step 3
Right click the Layers window and choose "Flatten Image" to merge the two layers. Only If necessary ( to change the position of the image.).Press (Ctrl+A) to select all image, click Edit > Transform > Rotate to rotate your image Unhide the background color...now!! Select "the image layer ", select the "Eraser Tool" and delete all the parts of the image except for the eyes, eyes shading, parts of the nose and the mouth. If you find your image needs to be alittle whiter- go to image-adjustment-Brightness/contrast and place the brightness all the way to "74%" then use the "Burn tool" setting the range to "midtones" and lightly go over the eyes, nose and mouth Right click the Layers window and click "Flatten Image"
