Step 1
Create a new document 512 by 512, on the menu bar go to filter-render-cloudsthen go to filter clouds difference -choose clouds difference 6x time
Step 2
On the menu bar choose image-adjustments-then levels, In the first box '0' second box 0.95 , third box type in '174' Select the ELLIPICAL MARQUEE TOOL and draw a circle on your "cloud backgroud" Now go to select-inverse and click delete
Go to filter-distort-shperize-and move the tool to 50%- then repeat step again but this time move the tool bar to 100%
Step 3
Go to filter-sharpen-unmask sharpen- amount 500-radius 3.0-Threshold 14-Go to image-adjustment-color balance- a tool menu comes upOn Midtone- make box one +100 , box two 0 and box three -100now select shadow do the same go to Highlights and in box one- +100 box two +13 and box +36 ( keep playing with the level until you get what you need.) click ok.
Now go back to Go to filter-sharpen-unmask sharpen- amount 287-radius 2.9-Threshold 16-Go to filter-sharpen-unmask sharpen- amount 287-radius 2.9-Threshold 16-Create a new layer and full layer with black and move that layer to the bottom.
Step 4
Now go to filter-artistic-plastic wrap.....and set levels to hightlight = 10 detail = 8 and smoothness =8
