Step 1
LETS GO! Open your image-now we will be to make a selection of the persons lip.
To this use the pen tool- and try to make it as close as possible. you can enlarge the image to get a better selection.
Step 2
Once you have completed your selection, Edit copy and edit paste- your selected lip. Adding plastic wrap- Go-filter-Artistic-Alastic wrap -apply the below setting
Step 3
Ok almost finish-we need to make our selected lips overlay over the orginal. See below- and you finish... you can keep playing with the blending- and opacity to have more ideas
