Step 1
Open an image on your canvas by clicking on File>Open and selecting an image. You can resize the image if you wish to by clicking on Image>Image Size and giving the height and width of the image.
Step 2
Click on Filter>Texture>Texturizer. The Texturiser properties window appears. Below you can see the settings and values I've given.
Texturizer
Texture - Canvas
Scaling - 75%
Relief - 9
Light - top
Click on OK.
You can check out your image by trying out different values.
