[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels, 350 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode. If you have a difficult time using the pen tool you can copy the image into photoshop and trace it using the pen tool [2] Create a shape with the help of “Pen Tool”. |

[3] Now right click select Make Selection. Create a new layer.

[3] Take the “Burn Tool” |
 |
4] Create a new shape with the help of “Pen Tool” |
 |
[5] Now right click select Make Selection. Create a new layer. Fill the selection with #8a522f, Do not “D” select. |

[6] Take the “Burn Tool” 7] Take the “Dodge Tool” then create following highlight with the help of Dodge Tool |

[8] Now create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool fill that layer with #6f411d |
 |
9] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool apply the following setting |

[10] Cntl+Click the 1st layer to get the selection after that create the following selection with Elliptical Marquee Tool. Click on image to see a larger view |

[11] Now go to Select>Modify>Feather Selection by 2px. |
 |
12] Set the foreground color #bdb00c and using a brush tool, set brush size to 150 px |

[14] Do the same thing to the other end |
 |
[15] Now take the “Pen Tool” create a shape like this. [16] Take the Brush Tool apply the following settings.

17] Set the foreground color to white [18] Select Pen Tool again right click select Stroke Path apply the following settings, you can then use the eraser to better blend the line into the banana, then duplicate the line and do the same I did this tutorial before and it same out better with the burn tool.
