1) Open a new document any size and set background to white. Create a New Layer, |

2) Select the circle layer, with your mouse right click the layer and choose blending option -Layer-Layer style-Blending option-Stroke. Use these setting |

3) Now select the Brush Tool (B), choose smooth brush size 27, and get the flow setting at the top of your menu bar next to opacity to 57%. Make a new layer and go to the top of your round circle and make a dot just like the pic on your left |

4)Make a new layer, Grab your Brush Tool (B) choose 17 as size flow as before 57% and place another dot next one already there. |

5) New layer, Grab the Elliptical Marquee Tool (M) go to the left part of your round circle and make a circle like on the left image. Grab the Gradient Tool (G) Set the foreground color to white then change your gradient option to "foreground to transparent" then apply a vertical gradient starting from the top of the selection to the center of button |

6) Duplicate the layer then go to Image --> Adjustments --> Hue/Saturation and use these settings Hue:68; Saturation:100; Lightness:-22 apply then move the layer to the center of the round button check left image then change the layer effect to Color Dodge, Now select the Smudge Tool , set Modeto 50% and blend the duplicated layer. 7) Duplicate the layer to give it more glow effect merge the whole layers together |

8) Duplicate the layer and give it Color Burn as a layer effect Duplicate the layer as much as you like till you get the desired effect and dont forget change the layer effect for a different look and you done :) |
