Step 1] Opem a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[Step-2] Create a new then take the Polygonal Lasso Tool create a shape as shown image below and fill the selection with this color- #7f7f7f..

[Step-3] Go to Layer-Layer styles- blending option .

First-DropShadow

Second-Inner Glow

 

Setting

Bevel and Emboss-

Texture

Color Overlay

[Step-4] Your image should be look like this after applying.
Cool-ice-cube-photoshop-effect12 [Step-5] Then create a new shape using Polygonal Lasso Tool draw a selection as shown- ( Step-6) Now fill the selection with this color coding #d0d0d0

Step-7) Now to Layer Pallate select the Layer 1 then right click to Copy Layer Style. To do this you need to do the following

[ Step-8] Now Paste Layer Style to 2nd layer-right click on the far right of the second layer to apply the layer styles- your image should like this

Step-9] Again create a new layer and draw a new shape with the Polygonal Lasso Tool as shown and fill color with #dododo then apply the layer style as we did before.

Step-10] Now go to Layer Pallate and click this small ball icon then select the Photo Filter use these settings.

Your finish, Smooth off the edges.
