Step 1
Open your image, to any background size you wish.
Create a New Layer below for image and fill it with white " ffffff ".
Step 2
Create a mask layer-of the image by selecting the image layer, press CTRL on your keyboard and then click the masking icon.
( this will then hide your image) basically your image will disappear from the stage)
Step 3
Creating out brush-1, select the brush tool, Choose SQUARE brush
the largest size now -go to window-> Brushes-> and the brush option penal , Once you have this panel open- Select brush tip shape-- and place spacing at 75-76%. Select shape dynamics- bring all the level down to "0" Zero
Now select Scatter- and bring the level to about "488"--select smooth and click ok.

Step 4
Make sure u have the Mask ( black) layer selected.NOT THE IMAGE side.Change the foregound color to "white" Click on the image itself and add "drop shadow" Leave default setting) Click ok and take you brush and start to paint on the stage. Making sure the (black) mask layer is selected, you should be painting over the mask later. Thats it good luck to you
